What Sealant is recommended?

Woops i meant to post this in the 86-95 Trucks & 4Runners but since my truck was an 86 model made in 85
I guess this is ok too.

Ok so then next step is upon me.
Im getting ready to put in my amazon orders.

With the list below is there a particular gasket sealant that I should use?
Or do I need different types for each application?
Also getting ready to put on the head gasket.
But I know some bolts on the new water pump need to have sealant on them as well.

Im order my Heavy Duty Timing Chain Kit tomorrow It comes with a Timing Cover, Oil Pump, GMB Water Pump

As this is the second type of Oil seal ( Looks like I had them both based on shaft ware marks. Should I order one of the oil seal/ shaft sleeves?

Headgasket should have no sealant applied to it, and the head and block deck degreased with acetone before assembly.
