It’s only on the driver side. I can’t imagine someone drilling it. What’s the story?

Hard to tell from the pic but it looks like there’s a burr on the exterior? If so would make me assume it was drilled from the inside at some point....does it go all the way thru into the cab?

Pretty lonely in this forum :/ made my first thread days ago and nothing but views. However I browsed this forum for a year before making an account and posting haha

where in the pnw are ya? I’m in Portland

I would go with the radio coax hole, too. Maybe power line for lights that got removed before it got to you? I can't imagine someone drilling a hole there as a drain for the over-window trough, but heck, people do some weird things to their poor Toyotas at times...

People in this forum, that don't have a good answer to your question, will generally remain silent, rather than make fools of themselves. That is probably why it took so long to get any response.

I'll have to look into this. Rig's still got it's headliner so, it's not something I could check real quickly.

I guess that's understandable.

Thanks for the replies. Makes me feel better about plugging it.

Some idiot prior owner. Seems like the people saying it was drilled from the inside for lights, or something, may be on the right track. Thanks again for the replies.

I would definitely plug that. Maybe some JB Weld, or RTV of some sort. SOMEthing to keep the water out. Especially since it appears we are expecting a nice, wet, winter this year. I live down in Klamath Falls (area), and I figure, we get rain, you probably will get more.

Good luck!
