Is there a 12VOLT keyed under the hood?

Looking for a keyed 12 volt source under the hood to install an electric fan; is there one? And if so where?

You should be able to find one in the fuse box by the battery, take a volt meter and start looking.

I don't know how many amps your electric fan will pull but I suspect you will not find a keyed source under the hood with adequate capacity. You need to use a relay. Pull power from the main fuse block or from the battery directly to a relay of adequate size. Then using a small wire, pull ignition-only power from a source to turn the relay on and off. You can get a small Bosch relay (e.g. 40 Amps) at any auto parts store. I suspect you will have to go to the fuse block behind the driver's side kickboard to get ignition-only power.
