TC output shat bearing replacement

I think I have a bad rear output shaft bearing in my TC. The reason I think this, is it just started vibrating when Im driving and gets worse with acceleration. When I get under there and move things around, the only play I see is in the output shaft, so Im thinking I have a bad bearing. It has about a 2" to 3" lift and Ive had the lift on there for along time before this happened, so I dont think its my pinion angle. I have never seperated my driveshaft so I dont think its a phasing issue.

Looking at the back of the TC, it looks like I could just remove the back cover and access the bearing. When looking at the FSM, maybe its not going to be that easy. Your thoughts on these things are appreciated.
