Speedometer Cable

I need to replace the cable on my 2WD 85 22REC SR5. The part no. for my truck on toyota.epc-data.com is 83710-89147, which unfortunately I cannot find anywhere. I am wondering about another cable, (part no. 83710-89151), which yotashop.com lists as fitting 1984-1989 22R, 22RE, 22RTE but shows up as incompatible with my truck when I check it with my VIN. Is there any reason this cable wouldn't work for my truck? The only difference I see between the two cables is the transmission-side fitting.

If the outer cable housing is good you can buy a universal inner cable, cut to length and crimp the end on. Or contact yotashop and ask them for pics to see what's different?
