solid axle flexing

my truck has a solid rear axle and IFS up front. how do i make the back axle flex (it doesnt flex, it just flips the truck over ) and how would i get more flexability in the front after adding new shocks? anyone have any ideas? i see these pictures of trucks flexing their axles and i drool.

Set up a test ramp and see if you can figure out what is hanging up the suspension:

You can usually tell which end of the truck is stiffer based upon which way it leans on the ramps (body will lean away from the stiffer corner). Might be your rear springs are riding on the overload leaf, making for a stiffer, less flexible setup. Socks may also limit travel if they are too long, too short or binding. Frozen spring bushings can do likewise. A few hours spent under the truck looking for binding can pay big dividends.

Ball joint spacers can help IFS flex by allowing the torsion bars to be run with less pre-load:

the way that truck is i dont think ill ever be able to make my truck do.. its ifs, not solid axle. . the idea about the blocks is great though, i never thought of it. when i replace the suspension on monday or tuesday ill try that and see if it was just the shocks.
