Rough idle

Rough idle
The truck runs fine while driving, but at idle it's rough until I tap the gas and it smoothes it self out.
This is what I have done.
This is what I have done.
- Checked EGR valve
- replaced BVSV valve
- 3 cans of Seafoam
- replaced o2 sensor (but need to replace again used the Bosch)

Guessing this is a 22RE engine?
