Has anyone seen or put bucketseats in place of the rear bench seat in a 1rst gen 4runner? My Bench is shot and I though with 2 buckets back there I could put a storage box or something between them.

I saw a guy at Evan's Creek that had buckets in the back of his 4rnr, I liked the idea even picked up a set of seats that match the odd size of the seat ledge. Just Kinda change my mind for now, we got a new puppy and he rides in the middle.

 

I've seen another post for this idea, but I think one of the problems may be how high the ledge is in the back. Should work though, you just wont be able to utilize the full back area of the truck.

 

Anything can be done

Its definetly possible. you could also look at the bench buckets. Corbeau makes a nice bench bucket i want in the back of my second gen
