Recenty Rebuilt Weber 32/36 now really high idle. Help!!

Just rebuilt my 32/36 weber today and my truck runs great but the idle is really high. I adjusted the float to 44 mm and replaced the needle and the (seat? I think that's what it was called) also replaced a diaphram and the power valve. Idle screw is all the way out and it still won't idle lower. Tried messing with mixture screw and nothing.

I don't know what it could be? Any help is greatly appreciated!! Finally got my truck to run and I really want to drive it!!
