Hate to bring up an old thread but i can't seem to get mine figured out. I sas'd my 4runner last summer and it drove perfect but a year later, my 35" km2s ran completely bald on me on the inside tread in a matter of 200 miles. it was terrible... anyways, i fixed the alignment because it was off by 2 1/4". (I don't know how it randomly did this) After it was fixed i went for a test drive and not even at 25mph i had serious death wobble. It seemed like everything was at the breaking point. Took it out back to the shop and figured my steering angle was just fubar and i put my 6 degree shims in under the 5" TG springs. it seemed to help a lot but when i put my 37" Iroks on it turned back to crap again and it seems to have death wobble between 30 and 40 mph and i can speed through it where it doesn't do it but it is very aggravating and it shouldn't be like that.
I've tried all of yalls suggestions. but everything is tight. The RAM assist is hooked up and still its really bad. anything else it could be?
1988 4runner SAS
63" chevy springs
front/rear lockers
4.88s with 4.7 transfercase twin stick
37" iroks

I have the EXACT same setup as you! 63" chevys, 5" TG HD sas, 4.88's, 4.7 t-case, and 37's, along with the death wobble between 30 and 40. My shackles will be here Saturday. I'll let you know what they do. My insides of my front tires are also bald. I also shimmed my front springs to correct the angle.
