well; i am building a new rig this winter and i was going to use the axles and tires but for the right price i could be persuaded to go to 47" LTB's and anothe rset of one tons and i could sell the whole truck...... let me know if you are interested and i will come up with what it would cost.

..
When I was stationed up there they had a lot of Service Member appreciation fares on Alaska. Would fly down to Seattle and rent a car and drive down to Portland, spend a few days and turn the rental back in....

Hopefully you get to do that trip with your dad...baby's have a way of changing your life ( had 3) wait till your kid is done with formula and diapers...it is like getting a nice raise

Termination dust hitting the mountains yet?

looking forward to seeing the winter wheeling pics

thanks guys just moved into a new house with a garage so more to come once i get all settled.

OCDROPZONE: no termination dust yet still watching the hills.
(for those that dont know termination dust is the first signs of snow on the peaks that signal the termination of summer)

and i got to get my heater fixed before winter hits, way tooo cold to wheel without it!

you are correct sir.

you know that was actually the first thing i built on that truck in a parking lot infront of my apartment after work one day.

it is a piece of 6" structual C channel that i notched and bent back and then cut all with just a sawzall grinder and little harbor freight welder.

real simple to make. if you want any more pictures it is still on there and has held up to many a trees and being backed into my a f-250.

Naw Hank hates riding in the truck he was just looking for me to throw a stick for him. Sometimes I think that is the only reason he likes me... Haha

He actually ran about 30 miles on that trip and still wanted to play fetch while I was loading up on the tow rig. He did pass out in the truck shortly there after though

I know what you mean about Hank, I have a dog to - walked her all over last night and she just did not want to quit! Until we got back home, then it was lights out.
