Missing 22RE

Today I went to start my truck up and it acted like it didnt want to run. It stutters and shakes a lot and when I press the gas to go it sounds like it wants to cut off but it only did it liek 2 times than it acted normal. It only has 150K. What is the fix to this perverbiliy the eays and cheaper way but I'm up for all opinions. Thanks

If it's the 22RE, I think that one under the intake is the only one. It was the only one I found on my 1985 4 Runner, I followed the line back to the tank and even took off my 'Fuel Pump Access cover' under the rear seat. I only found that one.

I was lucky though, after doing the lift I had enough room through the passenger side wheel well to change it out. With the shock hoops in and the wheel well cut out there is enough room to reach in.

However, if it was stock I think the starter would have to come out. If I remember correctly it's a 17 or a 19 MM for the pressure line bolts on the fuel filter.
