Military 4runner

well, kinda just a military theme. so i know there are tons of OD green trucks out there....but i don't care, i love me some OD.
the 85 runner i just picked up a couple weeks ago with a fresh rattle can paint job.
i think its awesome....
dummy grenade shift/t case knobs and ammo can console

this is just some stuff ive been messing around with....i have a tranny in the back to put in, locker to clean up and install and shackles/leaf pack lift to make....

I dig the shifters and ammo box! Now you need some camo seat covers

I like the direction, Look forward to seeing where you go. I think interior panels with a molle system would be cool. Oh, and a .50 cal in the bed......

You guys need to go to a lowes or home depot.
Buy some duplicolor OD green, and go from there..
If you read the OP, he BOUGHT the truck that color.
He painted his 1st gen, i believe.

thanks for the feedback! the truck was white when i got it but it had been rolled so the paint was jack so i just grabbed some krylon camo green from wal-mart. they might sell it at autozone too. and yes the camo seat covers, steering wheel cover and possibly floor mats are all to come. i would also like to add some 50 cal shells somewhere....i just don't know where yet

Shells for door lock. Shells from smaller rounds as knobs for the environmental controls. Ghilly net headliner!

Thumbs up

Way to go MOTO.

White stars on the doors, 50. brass could be a door or grab
handle.
EagleGlobeAnchor hood ornament.
K-Bar attached to belt buckle,
556 belt as windshield visor.

Go for gold.

.50 cal shells are not not big enough for a grab bar. Yes, I have experience with most machine guns in the US army inventory (and some foreign ones too)
Oh and the Ammo can center consoles are awesome until you jam your elbow on it when wheeling.

What is the deal with the wire holding down the hood on the jeep?

50. Brass is about 4 in 100 mm long. You only need 4 fingers, there's room. Unless your fingers average at an inch in diameter. Ie Sausage Fingers. Your good to go brother.

Close, 3.91 " or 99mm long, however it is the diameter that is the issue, the base is .8" or 20mm. For an ideal and serviceable handle take a look at a handle bar on a bike and go from there.
