How can I STOP the water leaks

Okay so im in the midst of going dual cases with triple sticks so I have the front half carpet out of the truck and while taking the carpet out I found the cause of my mold smell WATER LEAK!! I have located the problem of the water leak to the grommet pictured, I searched for over an hour on toyotamotorparts looking at diagrams and could not find it.

Before I just lather silicone on that area is there any other suggestions?

I also located a water leak to the passenger side door to cab seal. Can those still be purchased?

And lastly I have a 1985 toyota pickup sr5 with the moon roof and those have drian holes, do those carry tubes down to the A pillar? and does anyone know the best way to take of the inside the cab A pillar trim?

More often than not...it's the windshield that is leaking. You may just cut your losses and replace the windshield have them reseal it really well...

The only problem is I just had my windshield replaced a few months ago.

I can see where the water is coming from I just don't know how to fix the rubber grommets

Sounds like you need to do some checking.

Spray water on the windshield and make sure...these windshields are not the easiest to seal up.
