help me spend $3700.00

Ok New question,

Help me spend 3700.00 dollars on my 84 4runner. This truck has 4" rancho lift 33" tires and stock gearing seems to be mechanicaly sound & it runs good.

My thought is get Marlins 4.88 gearing diff setups with detroit lockers front and rear buy upgraded birfeilds, rebuild the knuckles possible upgrade the axles and get a 8000 pound Warn winch? As far as upgrading the axles I am on the fence about that, its 200 bucks and I really don't wheel it that hard.

Any thoughts will be appreciated. Thanks
Mike.

If I had that kind of money.

Detriot trutrack
Ditch the Rancho lift in favor of an OME
ARB Bumper
Winch
Upgrade the front axles and rebuild the front end

umm...if you dont really wheel it that hard, why do anything to it????

seems like a waste of money, why not just cut me a check for 3000 and call it a day.

is it wise to put a detroit locker in the front? I'm asking because i don't know but I'm thinking it might be better to spend a lil extra and do the ARB in front for selection.

I agree, putting a detroit up front will make steering in 4x4 a PITA... go for an ARB, or maybe don't bother with anything up front for a while.

Nice really,

Well I would love to give out charitable donations NOT : ) Anyway I will be wheeling it but not that hard like Rubicon for example however I would like to be able to go thru easy to moderate trails with a better chance of making it thru. I think I am just going to put ARB's front and rear for now. I am just getting started with this and when I get another vehicle for the house this will become purely a toy so if I am going to spend money on it I want things that are going to make sense in the long run. Thanks for the replies and I can appreciate the humor.
