Ok i've posted something similar to this be4 but now i have found a different problem. The issue is that i can't keep the battery charged on my 85 pickup 22r. Tried alternator, was fine, checked all fuses, and replaced the old battery with a brand new one. Now last night i decided to return the battery with a new one. After puting it back on last night i decided not to start it so i could see if something was running it down with the truck off. So i gave the horn a beep and turned the lights on to make sure it was hooked up. Waited about 12 hours and now its completely dead again. Any ideas of what may be wrong or running while the truck is off??? By the way this is completly stock truck. PLEASE HELP!!!

 

What was the last thing you replaced , may be a possible . I had a slightly cut ignition wire draining my bat , Also make sure you have atleast 2 good grounds
