Getting Runner Ready for a Big Trip

Going to take the 4runner on a late honeymoon trip up the coast, and so I want no issues with the 4runner its a 84 and has never let me down.

I got it 2 years ago, it sat for 8 years in the driveway of where I bought it from.

So I wanted to go through the car and make sure everything was good to go. At the same time I know alot new owners come here so a list would be good. Along with a General list of parts to use.

So here is what I have so far, for a 1984 4runner

Oil Change
Radiator Fluid Change
Spark Plug Wires
Spark Plugs

Fuel Pump

Hubs?
Alternator
Airfilter

So what am I missing?

fuel filter
check all the fluids like in the diffs, tranny, transfer case, power steering fluid. check for loose wheel bearings and trunion bearings, pull the hub dial and make sure there is grease in there, if there isnt you may want to pull it apart more and check things out. new cap and rotor good spare tire.
