Fuel Line Replacement

So I have fuel seeping out of my rust of the metal fuel line at the junction of the rubber house from the fuel pump. Anyone ever run a steel braided fuel from the pump to the filter. I just found it this morning letting my truck warm up for a trail run. I dont feel like assessing the situation yet. Im going to let the temperature warm up first. Just thought I would post to see if anyone has any experience with this.

I should be ok just running a rubber fuel line but i want to get a steel braided one so I can coat it and prevent this from happening again.

So will regular fuel hose. Which is much cheaper and easier to install.

I think thats what I will end up doing. Ill probably spray some under coating on it to help give it better protection from elements. Anyone happen to to know what size fuel hose to get? I dont want to run to small or to big

Eeeek. Is your rig EFI or carbureted? Because regular rubber fuel hose is a no-no for EFI applications after the fuel pump. On a carbureted rig that runs low fuel pressure, regular fuel hose is fine fine fine.
