Body wobble

This is my 1st 4runner (87), last night my boys and me took the top off for the first time, is it natural for the cab to "wobble" a bit not having the top tied in to make it a complete truck? Thanks for any info

I should have added when I hit bumps on the road, not just sitting still....thanks
