i need a 2 in body lift for a 1984 forunner
i only found them for 86 and up forunners and 84 trucks

I can't see why one for an 86+ 4Runner wouldn't work, but another source is 4crawler

I say you skip the body lift and go with a 8" suspension!!!! Do it!!!!

 

i already installed the 3 inch body lift,a piece of cake ,very easy,the 3 in body lift for 86-89 works perfectly on the 84-85 forerunner. neo

that make complete sense since the bodys are the same... i think the body lifts are the same all the way up to 95

i second the lift, although i would only lift as much as needed for stability reasons, just enough to fit your tires with no rubbing. any more is a waste in my opinion altough 44's on a yota are sweet but id swap to a dana 44 up front and a 60 in the rear before i went that big, not to mention a bigger engine.... not trying to jack or anything.

 

I just happen to have a complete 3" kit FS over in the FS section... 86-88 of course...

 

wont do him any good, he has a straight axle....

 

just go susp. its the only way to go looks so much better anyway
