i'm thinking about putting a bench seat in my 85 pick up so i have a bit more seating room. has anybody put other then old stock bench seats in their truck? i'd like to see some pics if you have any. also did they make a 60/40 seat back then?

 

Well i've never been sure what the 60/40 means, but i think thats what i got. i got the bench seat in my 85. when they fold forward the driver seat goes by itself and passenger folds forward taking the back deal of the middle seat with it.

 

The 60/40 also has a flip down armrest for when there is not a center passenger. Any bench seat will fit any Toyota, 84-95... I can guarantee it. Not sure about 79-83.

If you go from bench to buckets however, you will have to drill a few holes. No big deal.

 

i would love to find one of those with the armrest. i have buckets now with center console but i need an extra seat.
