I recently bought a 93 4runner with a 3.0 V6, with a bad engine in it. Before I thought of starting this thread I bought a low mileage Jap import engine from Tiger Japanese Auto Parts LTD. out of Toronto, ON, Canada. They had a pretty good deal on the Internet. Has anyone bought an engine or tranny from Tiger? Good or bad I would like to know what I might have got myself into. Does anyone have a recommendation for a place to by an engine the next time I do this? Thanks.
