85 wiper arm conversion?

I did a few searches and came up nill. So here goes. I would like to put updated wipers on my 85 xtracab 4x4 but can't find a conversion kit to go from the screw on wiper blades/arm, to use some of the newer clip in wipers. Is there a conversion? They are kind of pricey as I did price the oem screw in ones from the parts dept. I have looked into inserts and am open to that. But would like new platform to put future inserts in if I go that route.

hmm mine just have a pin that you can slide the new wiper on and off of. No conversion needed

Mine are different then yours. I seem to recall some wiper blades coming with a different end piece so they just pop on and off.

This is how mine are.
