Inserted the Poly bushings, grease the bolts & the inner side of the bushings as well as you can. If you have or are thinking about placing a order with trail-gear I recommend getting the greasable bolts for the shackles.


Before hacking off the bumbstops & rear spring mounts. If you notice the Brake hose is fully extended & pulled tight. I took the rubber hose off the parts truck and connected it with the steel braided one as a quick cheap fix for the time being.

Stripped all the plastic out except for the two panels beside the backseats(Safety Reasons) & then sprayed everything down with bedliner including the rollcage.

Yeah its slowly happening, I'm not sure what I want to do next though. Time is running out so my options are limited. I think I'm gonna lose the one leaf out the buggy leaf pack, its not as flexy as I'd like it to be.
