84 with problems. Help please. (pics)

This poor little truck needs some love. The pictures below tell the tale.
There is a vibration at varied speeds (20mph to 60mph.) The vibration is relatively consistent through all the gears. I am wondering if the sagging leafs are the cause of this or it is something else. How bad are the leafs on this thing? They look terrible but is it essential they need to be replaced?? If so what is the cheapest route to go with getting new ones?
Also, in the engine bay there are two green electrical connectors and I am wondering what these do.
The truck runs rough. I recently tuned it and timed it. The motor was rebuilt about 50k ago. It is a 22r. It is really sluggish up hill. I know it should be running stronger but I am baffled to what it is I need to do. I dumped a bottle of Seafoam in there and I have no idea if that helped.
Any ideas would be great.

I put on a new door and fender from an 82 I found at the JY. I gave it a rattle can primer job. Note the absence of the wing window LOL

In the midst of this 84 inspection I put a bed in my VW van

What are these and what do they do

The owner told me he NEVER EVER EVER did the rear brakes and he is the ORIGINAL owner
I dont know how I managed to get BOTH drums off. Look at those shoes! lol

I would replace those springs soon, they should be arched the other way, and the electrical connecters are for your water temp gauge

springs could be a contributing factory but looking at the lack of maintanance (brakes) the owner has shown this thing I would recommend a complete front end rebuild -bearings, knuckle service kit. that front end looks like the exxon valdez, any grease left in the birfs?

the fact that it must have been wrecked at some point (white fenders/grey cab) could also be a contributor.

I was hoping I wouldn't have to tear the front axle apart. When I pulled the front tires off and took a closer look I realized it was going to be a long day, or week.
I figure I will tackle one thing at a time.

Yep, if he has never done the brakes, he probably hasn't done much either. Looks like lots of maintenance is needed.

Not to discriminate, but folks that old that drive scare the bejeesus out of me.
