2 questions; center caps and SEAFOAM
So i am checking ebay, for replacing two center caps 4 factory alloy wheels, 15 inch, on a 4runner. they are the two piece ones that are black plastic, and say 'toyota' written in red, across them.
I am looking at one add for them, and at the bottom the add says something like, ' be sure to check my other adds for REAR center caps as well'.
What? are you telling me that they made two diff types of centercaps, for the same vehicle? that is crazy.
Now the seafoam. I have heard good things about this product, not just from here, but from outside folks, and even this girl I met at a Autozone, who does part time drag racing, and she says lots of racers use the product.
If you read the back of the can, it tells you it's diff uses, one of them says, to add in FRONT OR BEFORE all the injectors, so that it will feed into all the injectors. then shut the engine off, so that the liquid goes from the injectors, into the tops of the pistons/cylinders. then you let it sit for 5 minutes.
then crank up the motor, and it cleans all that junk out of the tops of the pistons, and top cyl walls.
anyone tried this? also , that big plastic spring loaded screw on the top right side of the efi cover, is that for air intake? if you add the seafoam right there, will it not get sucked into all the fuel injectors? And just what is that big plastic screw for? thanks in advance.

The front centercaps are different because some trucks have the hole in them for the manual hubs and the rear caps dont have that hole.
As for seafoam, do a search, the stuff works great
before injectors means in gas tank, after injectors means through vacuum hole (if you do this make sure truck is running unless you want to buy a new motor, brake booster is easiest)
