1985 4Runner heater control wire?

Hello all, I just put my heater core back in my truck, 1985 4Runner, and i'm trying to get everything hooked back up. So this blue cable attaches to the back of the climate controls. This one routes through the fire wall and attaches to the temp control. I think it has a piece on the bottom of the black clip that holds the sheath in place so the wire can move back and forth and open the heater valve control. Anyone have a clue what attaches to the bottom? Pic? so frustrated cause i thought I had everything organized.

It is a white C shaped clip that holds the blue cable to the holder. On the 5th picture down https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f199...l#post51778558 on the right hand side of the picture, there is a picture of the clip. It might jar your memory about what it looks like.
