1985 22re 4x4 head gasket/ what are good replacement shackles over the stock ones ?

1985 22re 4x4 head gasket/ what are good replacement shackles over the stock ones ?
i have a 1985 22re 4x4 pick up,
uses radiator fluid,pisses out the ever flow.,
help.. need a head gasket, looks like oil leaking from p/s just above bell housing, ,,maybe from the oil return , part of the head gasket
my truck has 291,134 miles on it, i can get a used 22re for 800??
do i do the head gasket
