wideband O sensor install in original bung on 1983 22R carbureted
I want to install an Air to Fuel ratio gauge in my 1983 toyota PU 22R carbureted(weber) engine. Can I use the original O sensor bung or does it require a new bung ? Does the oem bung fit ? Will everything work if I replace the oem sensor with a wideband O sensor ? The kit has it's own controller that only provides a reading, for tuning. What do I need to know ?

I believe most of the wideband sensors are the screw in type, and the stock toyota is a 2 bolt flange setup, so I don't believe it would work.
Below is what I got with the sniper EFI setup I'm running, if welding in a bung seems like a hassle. Drill the hole, clamp on, screw in O2 sensor.
I believe you want to be at least a foot downstream of the header collector (all the pipes come together)
