So i start up the 22r and run it for say minute or so and it misses really bad. First and 2nd necks on the exhaust manifold are safe to touch just warm but 3rd an 4th are hot like normal why would this be? somethin broke internal?

Bad distributor or distributor cap? Fouled plugs/ incorrect gap on plugs? What have you checked?

What do you mean "necks"? Are you referring to plug wire boots? Maybe the wrong wires/ resistance? Like clark-clamp said, what ave you checked? Start with your battery then follow the primary/secondary ignition flow - battery to distributor, distributor to wires, and so on.
