Hi guys,

I have an 80 long box 4x4, and it has been awesome, I was heading to my dads place and used the turn signal at the end of my road then went to use it again and no blinky blink, and no sound or clickity click. I have replaced the relay, that took me several days to find, since it is on the passengers side kick panel, and had to make some jumper wires for a two prong flasher since the Toyota plug is one post over the other and the flasher is offset.

Regardless of all the things I have changed and unplugged and cleaned I am still not getting my turn signals to work.

Is there a way to test the signal coming out of the column to the relay, I guess I can take it apart and clean all the connections.

Well, I am not sure if the truck just needed to get used to the new flasher but I went out with a test light to see if I was getting power. So I turned on the turn signal and it stated working, the Hazards are not flashing but I will take having turn signals as a win.

 

Check the turn signal light connector to the main harness connector it might be either dirty or loose that was the problem with mine and then both, hazard and turn signal lights came back to life.
