Portable abrasive/sand blasters?

Been reviewing these to clean up frame and bed - see pics - (Frame under cab can wait) - Will pressure wash first - thinking Ospho to affected areas...Anyone have experience/recommendations concerning? Thanks!

not so much the blaster ... its the air pressure behind it , and especially , the water/condensation it produces . I have an air dryer on my system (SMC) , 3 sand blaster of different sizes , and they all work perfectly .

thanks very much slacker; what’s the size/hp of your compressor?

5HP 80 gallon , + I have 2 more 80G storage tanks around the shop ... air dryer is off the main compressor all the air from there .
I can run ~120lbs pressure continuous

Thanks very much slacker - If I'm only planning do do this one truck/frame is your above overkill? Looks like a $1500 investment including blaster, altho i assume you operate many other air tools with it. Is there an in-between option? And I assume my labor intensive option is 1) Pressure wash, 2) Electric Grinder w/ brush wheel and 3) Ospho before 4) prime/paint.

I am sure Slacker's setup is overkill. He has a fiberglass business making repair panels for our trucks (Toyota Fiberglass), and probably has many tools I can only dream about having.

yeah .. I do own a Toyota Restoration shop , and build fiberglass for Toyotas .. I have plasma cutters , sand blasters and air tools that all like dry air .. That was basically the point I was trying to make , any blaster should do the job , but it is important to have dry air .
my air dryer is 1500 bucks , you certainly don't need that , but you can pick up a desiccant filter , which will dry it as well .

On the other end of the spectrum, and once you have your compressor setup; this video can give you a cheap DIY blast gun idea.
