Okay so I need a new throttle cable (mine is sticking) called around and there are two lengths 26.58" and 27.125". So I pulled mine of to measure it, and it was about 27" so i'm assuming that I have the 26.58" cable? kinda seems like a lot for the cable to stretch??? They said that trucks made before 3/80 had one but the never said witch, mine was made 12/79 just wondering if anyone knew the right length?

Sorry, I can't help you figure out which one to use, but please post back here if you figure it out. I was going to get a new one for my '79, but I wasn't sure what cable to get (I didn't see one listed for a '79 4x4 and there were a couple of different styles for the later years).
