The throttle on my 82 22r seems to be sticking. If i have my foot in it goin down the road and thne i let off, it doesnt drop all the way down and i have to reach down and maually bring the pedal back the last half inch. Already put a new spring on it. Any thoughts?

 

If you manually do the throttle at the carb will it spring all the way back? I would check the hinge or pin thing the gas pedal is attached to the floor with and make sure its not rusted or bent causing it to bind up and not want to come back all the way.
