Shackle Question

Anybody know the manufacturer of this shackle? It's on my '83 4x4. It is 1/4" thick steel.

Is this a stock leaf pack?

stock springs. perhaps downey or homemade shackle.

the shackle is homebuilt, looks like it was made too wide and they just bent it in on the bottom by cranking down on the spring bolt..
