Sas

Does anyone know of a good deal for a sas kit, i have a 1979 pick up that has a totaled body and i am looking for first a 78-82 toyota that i can pull the drivetrain out and axles and swap in my 79 parts and to do that i need to purchase a sas kit and they are pretty freaken expensive...so does anyone know where i can get one at a good deal?

You do not need a SAS kit. SAS stands for solid axle swap which the kit was designed for 86-95 trucks. All you need is springs and a couple of other items since your truck already has the solid axle.

i need the kit because i will be transfering my 79 "guts" into a ifs truck to make it a BA truck

if your putting it on an 86-95 you'll want the IFS Eliminator kit. http://www.trail-gear.com/sas.html
