Propane on new 22r???

I have seen specific break-in oil for rebuilt engines, if you don't use that then I'd say use Dino. After it's broke in switch to synthetic.
I go anywhere from 12k to 15k miles on my DD before an oil change. The color of the oil has little effect on the condition, the consistency is what counts.
As far as the magnet I've seen mixed opinions on it. I would think it would help on a new engine being broke in, but if the engine is already broke in and you have metal in your oil, the damage is already done.

That is the pupose of the oil filter, putting magnets in the filter could obstruct flow and lower oil pressure. For break in you use the cheapest oil you can get and vary speed and load to seat the rings. If you are using a new cam/rockers, then a 20-30 min run at 1500 rpms is recomended (then you flush the oil).

Can you run a spiral adapter plate with propane? It is for a weber and you use the stock carb base with the propane kit but I think they have the same bolt spacing ?? Would it help performance?

Hey, I like it. Mostly. I used the same (or close) green on my block and pan. I only have red spark plug wires and that's borderline too christmas for me. If you like it then it's bad a$$. Haters gonna hate.
