Hey guys been trying to get my truck back on the road and stop messing around with making it look nice, Havent had much money to drop the engine in but I figured I would check a few things on it. So first thing I did was pull the valve cover off to clean and replace the gaskets, got to pulling the water pump off and darn it wouldnt you know someone was running water insted of coolent in the truck the water pump had rust on all the vains and the entire water pump was a nice orange color. 4 months ago this motor was running like a champ. Should I rebuild it??? Can I swap my 20r head and vac stuff onto a rebuilt 22r without cutting up the harness? (The truck is wired for a 20r and harness is uncut). Im trying to be patient but I dont know how much longer I can keep the neighbors at bay!!I want to get out of this junker ranger Im driving now! anyone have any suggestions? By the way the 20r is bone stock!!
