No worries on the pictures, I am not expecting my springs before tuesday, so I am winding down the cleaning and repainting of the front axle, frame and knuckle parts. I hope to have it back on the road the weekend after thanksgiving.

Oh alright I'll post some for ya later tonight. Its nothin fancy but it gave me enough for the 3" springs and if I ever go bigger or when I do a brake job I'll use some new extended lines then as well. Maybe ss lines, haven't decided. It just made sense for me plus I think it looks better striaght then turned on top. Oh I understand you want to get it back up and going, I did my timing chain and it was down for like two weeks cause parts, I missed my truck lol. How's the front axle rebuild? I have to do mine once I save up to get the kit.

Sorry for hijacking the thread back but what im getting from all this is that you cant get stock replacement springs for these trucks? Only lift springs? Seems rather odd but i guess they are very old trucks. If anyone does find a place/way to get stock height springs can they message me and let me know. Thnx. PS. The lift looks awesome!

Thx Foscko, I'm pleased with how it turned out. And I'll keep my eyes open for "stock" height springs and post back here if/when I find any...but honestly I got tired of searching.
82blueyota - as I understand it the 63" chevy half ton springs require mod to relocate the rear spring hangers but are nice because of the length and flex they provide.

I put the 3" downey up front that I got used, I'm not sure if they are sagged or not but they gave me about 2 1/2" of lift, and now the front sits about an 1" higher than the rear. I'm going to put longer shackles in the back to fix the difference. But yeah my fronts were sagged slightly negative arch lol.
