well i put the radiator in the back of the bed used exhaust tubing. but since the bed lifts up i needed to run a "flex line" rated at 200* got it to 210 on sunday(with the fans off) ran it for 2 hours no problems!!!! for some of u doing research for your rig dont use PVC, trust me!! next is new bearings/brakes front axle, and new exhaust!!!

hello all been running the truck pretty good! but every time i get good nice traction i will snap a the u joint caps (twice so far) so if i bought a flange to go to the 205 that will bolt to my old yota shaft would it hold up better? the 205 clips holding the u joint in just seems so weak????

sweet rigs buddy, but i need to pick yor brain on the rad relocation. you said you used exhaust pipe to extend the lines? i need to know how, i have a suspicion that my rad is clogged with crap, since every time the 3.0l heats up the cap blows off. My friend figures that a previous owner dumped swamp water in there at some time to make it home. Right now i cant afford a sbc swap, but it may be in the works. i do have a rad for one that i would like in the back of my runnr, anything that you ran into that i should consider before relocating.
