Yeah totally post some pics. It's so rare that people actually give updates unless it's a build thread.

The front of the new pad

The side across the yard which has the garden now and the future site of the shop

If you have watched the movie "Into the Wild" this is the little town that was featured in it and partially filmed here. I didn't think too much of the movie but we get a few people every once in while who want to see the town just because of the movie.

This is what she looked like when I first picked her up somebody had stripped her apart to rebuild her but never finished the project. When I opened the trunk all the glass and chrome was there including door panels and everything except the gas cap. I got her started last summer and she runs awesome. My old man though is impossible to work with and won't let me do the body work and keeps putting off taking it to the body shop. It's inside his shop and don't think it'll ever get done until he's gone. He seems to rather spend his money on video lottery. I sure hate those machines. He too cheap to put anything into this car but will waste 1000 bucks a week gambling.

Cool thread, didn't catch it a few weeks ago. Looked like a fun road trip.

After living a few years in this Los Angeles mess I'll be ready for someplace like that. Heat + people + smog = no place to settle down.
