Leaf spring recs.

Thinking it’s coming time to replace the leaf springs a lot of squeaking going on. Been having trouble finding a decent pair that would bolt on, I’m okay with going with a slightly lower ride height too. Not 100% into buying LCE performance ones at 600+

hoping some has experience and has found a good deal please let me know thank you stay healthy y’all

Hmm. Im curious abt rwd options. What does rockauto say?
dayton springs for 340? I hope thats for a pair.

I wouldnt buy 600$ Lce springs without knowing a lot more about them. They make great stuff but springs are a little outside their usual product line.

Id get a set of airbags before i spend 600 on leaf springs. I have firestone bags on my f250 and theyre a great product.

tell us more about your truck and suspension needs. What do you use the truck for?

Pitched forward to me means leaning forward, like the back end is higher than the front. Is that right? If your back end is higher than the front, and it's just the squeaking leading you to think they're shot, I'm not sure I agree. Most of our trucks have sag in the back end if anything.

I went with these from General Spring. Well I went with their HD rear springs for my 4x4 Tacoma, but the link takes you to your springs.

They had mostly good, but some mixed reviews on Toyota forums when I was searching around. But there are so few options when you're looking for something close to stock, and not costing twice what your truck is worth. So far so good with mine. I installed them in August last summer. That's no time at all to give a good review of them, though. Also I have airbags in the back, so the springs really don't get worked all that hard. The airbags bottom out long before the spring get compressed very much. They're probably not even broken in yet.

4x4.

When I had my 78 rwd motorhome, I really wanted airbags, but no one makes them for those old trucks. With the right fabrication skills I'm sure you could make something work, but they don't seem to specifically make any bags for them.
