Next to come will be custom 3"x5" heavy wall box tubing bumpers /D rings and flush mount LED turn signals. I will post more pics as soon as I do these mods.

looks better for sure
I like the look of my BFG mud terrians but that is my personal choice
I love the 1st gen trucks w/ round head lights
If I was you I would recess the leds for protection but I wheel in the trees alot and I don't like to get out and move tree in the trail I have a tendency to drive over them.

Hey yotatiller

The rigs lookin meaner already!
Are those 15x10 rims?
And if so have you taken her on the highway and how was the difference in performance between the tires?
Just curious cause I have 33/12.5 on 15x10's and its slooow on the highway even with a 5spd. I am considering switching to 15x8 and 32's

Thanks and keep the updates coming!

yes they are 15x10 and they go great down the highway other than the noise from the big ol' lugs on the meats but it goes great. I never did have the 31's on the road because I didn't have the truck completely built at the time. I did however have an 83 toyota pickup with 31's and it went pretty good then I went to 33 BFG's on 15x10 ansen slot mags and it was a nightmare. Shook all over the place, steering stablizer fixed that problem. The next issue was serious lack of power with the added weight of the larger tires and wheels, could never use 5th gear so when you say you are considering going to a smaller tire I would go with maybe a gear swap. I assume you currently have 4.11 gears you may want to consider going to a 4.88 or ever 5.29 that wouls certainly get those 33's moving. Do you have any pics of your rig???
