I don't know if this is of interest but...

I don't know if this is of any interest to anyone but I finally took my truck up a real 4 wheel drive trail. It was great. It was like seeing my truck in it's native habitat! Of course, I had used the four wheel drive for other things, like the snowy drive to my house, but never a real trail. I think I fell in love with this great truck all over again. I am already making plans for next weekend...

the point: For anyone doubting, these trucks are f*&$ing awesome!

Glad to hear it! I'm actually with you...I drove a lot of trails back when I lived in Utah, but since I've been in Montana (and bought this truck) I haven't really done any trails. There's a good one here I keep meaning to do, but my truck keeps making noises and doing weird things that make me a little afraid of getting too far out with it. Kind of a waste that I went all summer and haven't done it yet...

word. me too. been wasting my summer sniffing glue and listening to other people and yesterday got out as well and felt the truck relax and take a breath of fresh mountain air.

Didn't get any pictures, wish I did although! I had my friend and two big dogs in the cab with us (the dogs wouldn't stay in the back and they had been running behind the truck for too long) so it would have made for some good photos!

I didn't get too far from Durango (where I live), I just went up to Kennebec Pass, 20 miles west of town. But if I am ever up in that end of the state I will let you know!
