Wells the guys at Pirate are a little harsh most of the time so here is question maybe some of you could help me with.....

Hey guys I have an 84 frame and the cab is trashed on it, I also have a 1980 cab I was wondering how hard it would be to put the 80 cab on the 84 frame, any info is appreciated, I am afraid the body mounts wont line up right......has some done this that has a write up.

I have a 2nd gen 2WD cab on my 1st gen 4WD frame, so the reverse should be doable too.

Rear cab mounts line up, middle are close enough, front (by the radiator) may take minor work.

 

Oh, and the beds are a direct swap.
