first ever rebuild

well i just fired up my toya pickup for the first time tonight since i rebuilt it; .040 over pistons, oversized valves, and cam. engnblder kit and some OEM parts. Got one question it runs great yet after about 15 mins of running it started to miss (very faintly) every 25 or 30 secs. I have no emmisions vacuum lines, just the vacuum for dstrbtr. advance. and power brake boost. so what might cause this to occur. thanks for anyones help.

Its a "22r" i'm guessing? Hows timing? I'm guessing you put brand new "tune-up parts" in it? All vac leaks plugged up? If it is a 22r what kind of carb? Is it adjusted properly?
