Febuary 1, 2011
This picture showed up on my facebook memories, 9 years ago today we had the most snow I've seen since I moved here. Just after this picture was taken I slide off the driveway to the left of the truck. The snow had drifted to about 3 plus feet deep. The old Toyota didn't have the best tires, and the clutch slipped. I got stuck. I was able to get it out later in the day, only to slide off the right side of the driveway onto the frozen pond. I was able to get it off the ice, but couldn't get it back up onto the driveway. It was stuck for two days. What you can't see is the amount of dropoff that is on both sides of the driveway in that area. The truck has great tires and a good clutch in it now, but I'm not sure it would go through that much snow even with the good parts. It was pushing snow with the suspension. I hope this Febuary is mild, but it is Missouri....

One word for you: CHAINS!
At least you had plenty weight on the rear end to help with traction.
Or hire a helicopter (don't ride in it, just have them get your truck out!) to lift it out.
May I ask what you finally did? Wait for the thaw...?
Pat☺
