Extremely high oil pressure!

Extremely high oil pressure!
Hey guys, It's been awhile since I've posted here mainly because I just don't drive much anymore but, the ole 80 20R 3/4ton P/U still gets me from point "A" to "B" when needed. My problem is HIGH oil pressure now, I just had the oil change and had them put in 10-40 as usual but, now when running at speeds of 50 + it's at 60 PSI. Now this is even when warmed up to 160 - 170 degrees. Idle pressure hasn't changed at about 10 - 20 psi and the book states this is normal (and always has). The PVC valve seems to be okay so I'm wondering if these nimrods did something when changing the oil or I have a stuck relief valve (that I've only recently heard of). I might add, all my gauges are after market Stewart Warner's and mechanical except of course the Amp. Any help of suggestions will be Greatly appreciated. I need to drive about 200 MILES round trip here soon and I don't think it wise to take it up to speeds of 65-70 mph like it is.
And yes it is leaking oil on both sides of the engine but, not pumping it out the dipstick tube. Thanks guys!

Well, I believe around 40-45 psi at 50+ mph. I always keep an eye on my gauges so this sort of oil pressure is not normal for the 15 years or more I've owned it. Now you know this is NOT a 22R it's the gutless 20R 2WD P/U. I've always put 10-40 Valvoline in but on some occasions such as this one they didn't offer Valvoline so went with what ever they gave me, Castrol I think. Seeing it only gets driven 2 -3 times a month anymore I thought it wouldn't hurt anything.

Was it 10w40 in it before? If you had 10w30 in it before it is normal you see a slight increase. I am at 18 psi idle hot (60-70 cold) and about 60 past 2000 rpms or so, running 15w40.
P.s. to me that is healthy oil pressure, and I wouldn't worry. With excessive or extremely high oil pressure the engine wouldn't run right, the oil would be spewing out the pcv and smoking out the tail pipe. And it is possible the shop put in 20w50 by mistake or because they ran out.
