Is this a Doug Thorley Header for a 22r?

I found this header for sale that the person describes as a 22r Doug Thorley header. But after searching tons of images for Doug Thorley headers, I can't find any that look like this. So is this a Doug Thorley header? Maybe it's an old design. Does anyone know if this one looks like it would be smog legal?

It's a Thorley, but I think that is for a 22RE since it has the O2 bung on it. I believe It would still work on a 22R if you plug the bung. As for smog, i'm not the guy to provide that answer... I can tell you everything you need to remove in order to destroy the ozone, but not to save it! LOL

Honestly looks more like the NWOR tri y. The #3 pipe on a DT does a huge bend. NWOR is actually a very good and strong design too. little more expensive though but iv never read anything bad about them. I could be wrong but either way it looks like a good header...go for it.
