Cool trucks indeed, albeit really heavy dogs! Most of these were sold down unda' or across Africa/middle east. Once in a while someone imports one of the Aussie ones to the U.S.
The one pictured is left-hand drive which I've never seen. Only ever see the right-hand drive versions typically.
At one point there was an army green one in my town, I'm pretty sure it was right hand drive though. I haven't seen it for a few years and I never did run into the guy that drove it.
Don't know where that truck is currently, but it has a "CH" country code sticker on it, which means Switzerland. That makes sense for the 18R engine in there, which was never available in US trucks but common in European models. That also makes it a 1979 to 1983 model; from the looks of the grill I'd say it's an '82 or '83. Toyota didn't see fit to sell a double cab in the US until 2011.

I remember a buddy of mine had a first gen Tacoma with a double cab, I think it was a 2003...
CH means Confoederatio Helvetica, that truck is in Switzerland, the owner asks CHF 10850 (around USS 11820). The 18R engine and less than 50000 km (around 31000 miles).
